Items must be free of scratches, damage, or signs of wear
Custom or personalized items are non-returnable

How to Initiate a Return

2. We will send you a return authorization and instructions.
3. Package your item securely with all original materials.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@gisyaccessories.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
